These works are an ongoing series of sculptures started in 2013, investigating distant planetary bodies. Each of the silicone skins was pulled from a sculpted spherical shape with colors and textures derived from the history of the artist's interpretation of scientific data visualizing those planets that we cannot see through optical telescopes.
